No Means No
2007:
- In February 2007, clothier Bluenotes Inc. removed t-shirts in their stores across Canada with the slogan "NO MEANS have aNOther drink", after the Federation advised the company that the slogan was morally reprehensible and violated the Federation's long-standing trademark on the slogan "No Means No". The Federation and Bluenotes Inc. then worked in collaboration to design a new t-shirt and seasonal profits from sale of the t-shirts were donated to the Federation to continue its campaign against date rape and sexual assault.
